Wednesday evening at the Shack

Stopped by with a buddy around 9:30 on a Wednesday night.

The only thing that was different was there was no cover and seems they do no cover during the weekdays, except Friday night.

I've been to the Sugar Shack at least a dozen times in the past couple years. The place hasn't changed much. Walk in to a reception room with a front desk girl and bouncer to great you. Pay your $10 cover and switch out some bigger bills for singles. Bathrooms on the left, then down a small hallway into the club. Stage is straight ahead with a bar along the back wall. Each sides of the main floor have a couple tiered levels. Up to the left is the lap dance area, these are little booths with no curtains and a bouncer usually walks by at least once during a dance. Above this lap dance area on a third level is the Champagne room. I have never been up there and I believe I was told it was $500/30m. To the right of stage is another mid tiered level with tables and above that the VIP area for a more private dance away from bouncers, but still not all that private IMO. Each girl does a 2 song rotation on the main stage, the main stage does have full nude (sometimes) it depends on the girl and how much the patrons are tipping. Lately I've been seeing less and less full nude from the better looking girls and just the older dancers giving peeks. Music level was good, you can still talk to the dancers or others in your party without shouting. DJ didn't do anything more than announce the next dancer on the stage. Club has a very safe feel and plenty of bounces roaming around.
