Panning For Gold, But No Luck

Haven't been to The House on a weekday in a while, so I poked my head in on a Wednesday.

Standard entrance procedure: Enter first set of doors, pay $20 cover with tip to window girl. Through the second set of doors to the main floor. Greeted security guard and went to pay for a drink at the sunken bar.

They were running a $5 shot special that ended at 11p, so I ordered a Knob Creek double neat and parked myself in the right corner couches near the closed hookah bar. Security guard told me that a dancer who was recommended to me, Love, no longer worked there, so I was open to whomever that evening. Two dancers ignored me that were on the right hand stage, an ebony spinner and another black entertainer with girl next door physique.
