Glory days are over?

It had been a few years since I was here. I stop in when passing through the area. The club used to be called Hollywood. It was one of my favorite places, but it has changed a lot. Gone are the tv's playing porn and the glow in the dark neon and blacklights. The club looks good with 3 stages and a private lap dance area in the back, probably the same as before with beds, but I didn't try it out. The dances are now $50 and unless you get special treatment that is more than I am willing to pay. Only 3 dancers were at the club when I arrived around 7 pm. Only a few older men at one table were there in a limo but left soon after I arrived. They had the dancers attention until then. No one on stage. One girl was cuban with a large fake butt dancing to latin music. Another was a skinny black girl who seemed like she was a pro. The last was a white girl wearing a lot so couldn't tell much. She stopped and talked for a second but I wasn't interested in a dance so she moved on. A man did come in and take her straight to the back, I am assuming for fun, so that seemed interesting. There are also expensive options for renting a VIP room, it was too much so I didn't remember how much. Probably around $200 an hour.

The club is located just off the interstate not far from St. Louis to the east. Pretty isolated but maybe a little sketchy. It is just down from Larry Flints Hustler club. Only a couple of cars there as well.

Maybe Sunday night isn't a good night for this club. Hopefully, better experience on Friday and Saturday. I wasn't impressed and saw nothing to keep me interested so I left after 30 minutes.
