wax is back in action

Got there around 7pm. Parking was either $5 or $10 (I don't remember...I think it was $5 and I tipped the guy as well). Cover was $10. No alcohol served due to them losing their liquor license. When I got in, I learned that the club had actually been recently closed for a few weeks and reopened. So it seems there's a lot of uncertainty with this club's status. The club nearby called Ace (formerly Club Babes) seems to have closed for good. Quite a shame.

Anyway, the arrangement at Wax is slightly different. There's a new private area near where the ATM is. I didn't see any patrons or dancers in there....looks like that part is still under renovation. Also, the large table that used to be next to the bar by the restroom has been removed. That large table provided a decent cover for high mileage dances....I guess that's why they removed it. That sucks. So now there's not really any discreet area for high mileage dances. I got dances from four ladies.....all charged the usual $5 per dance. Average mileage. I didn't see any of the Cuban dancers. All in all, it was a decent/average trip to Wax. I think things will pick back up if they ever get the liquor license back.
