Run Down with Few Dancers

I think it had been at least a couple of years since I last visited Lady Vi's. The place right across the street had gone through a change in ownership, and--for a while--was pretty fun, but the last few times I've tried to go there, it was closed. So, as a fallback plan, I have then intended to visit Lady Vi's, but the second-to-last time I tried to visit Lady Vi's, Lady Vi's was closed, too. This time... well... my fallback plan was open, but wasn't much to fallback on.

The layout of Lady Vi's is the same as it was a decade ago. You go inside, you pay a cover (you now walk through a metal detector, assuming the door person is actually there), you walk up to the bar to get a drink, and you notice most of the ladies are also standing at the bar with patrons who seem more interested in chatting with the ladies than getting dances from them. Most of the patrons are in their 50's or 60's. I felt like one of the youngest guys there, and I'm in my early 40's. There were a couple of dudes younger than me, but not many. More on that in a minute.

The girls were most not that attractive. There were two or three who were maybe 7's (here in the present), and a couple who were 7's when they were 10 years younger, but the rest were somewhere below that, except for two who were in the 8-pushing-9 range.
