For me, this club is second only to Mons Venus in Tampa. I think Mons on average has better looking women but Tootsie's has more variety. You can also drink alcohol here which you can't at Mons. If I find a club with Mons quality women that has the space of Tootsie's that you can drink beer in I will give it a 10. On weekend evenings, only come here if you like loud, crowded, party like atmosphere. The music is loud, the DJ doesn't shut up, and the place is packed shoulder to shoulder. Having said that, there will also be a tremendous number of good looking women to choose from if you can find a time when they aren't lapping or on stage. On the plus side, cover charge is low and the women don't run around asking for "a dollar for my dance" crap. You can get in here and nurse a beer for under $15 total. The laps are standard fair and YMMV definitely applies. Some women won't let you touch breasts so take a peek of her giving a lap to someone else to see what you should be getting. Laps are with bottoms on and some dancers will let you pet kitty through the bottoms. The lap couches are semi-private but it is easy to peek over the screens. The feature shows can be good with penetrating dildo shows and one night a female customers got on stage and was stripped down by the performer and there was some real oral exchange going on.
