Walked into air conditioned building which was instant relief from outside. There were few ladies working this day, most likely because it was too freakin hot. Paid $21 to get in, got a drink. It was refreshing.
Sat around at 3 PM watching stage show and the only person for me on this day that I have any repour with was Monse.
Had a few offers of 1 for 40 or 3 for 100 but I passed on all of those and went for my $200 fs special with Monse. No problem, no hassle, everytime.
Looking for other suggestions of Monse minded business model where she doesn't charge a lot because she gets so many return visits.
