Had not been to Bogarts on "$10 Tuesdays" in a while.
Virtually NO $10 dances ever happen. Regular patrons usually want more.
Free, camera monitored parking lot was about 1/2 full.
The bar decor has never changed. like a bad basement.
Sat down at a table. Ordered an $8 beer, couple dollar tip.
