My annual visit

I stopped at the Rest-a-Bit Tavern, about 1:30 on a Monday. Traffic outside was very slow as there is some construction near the club. The place is easy to find on Rt 46, although it is a bit out of place in a mostly residentual neighborhood. Plenty of free parking. I entered the back which I think is how most people enter, but there is also a door in the front along the main road.

Some history. I go to this club once or twice per year, always in the summer. I walked in today, and the bartender recognized me as did two dancers. I have not been here for a year. A bit scary.

I walked in to what looks like a neighborhood bar with a pool table and a long curvy bar. The club is well lit. There are a few bar seats which seem to be the most sought after at one end of the bar in a corner, but I rarely have been able to get one. Doesn't seem to matter that much where you are seated as the same thing seems to happen everywhere.
