Good First Visit. Will Definitely Return.
After a lackluster visit to Atlantis I decided to check out Oz for the first time. The club is located in a weird spot that can make it a pain in the ass to get to when traffic is heavy but there's ample free parking in a large lot. When I entered, there was some sort of drama happening in one of the corners of the club and security was handling it so I just walked past the entry way to the bar. Not sure if there's a daytime cover or not as nobody was at the entrance to greet me.
First thing I noticed is that the place is pretty large with high ceilings. It's well designed and feels fresh as opposed to the dinginess of Atlantis. It was around 5:00pm and the place was pretty packed. There is a stage with a high pole and a large circular bar to the far end of the bar when you walk in. Two girls were on stage at the same time dancing and collecting tips. The only available seating was at the far side of the bar which was kind of a pain to get to with the crowd. The bar seating is low to the ground which is always kind of disorienting. I ordered a Modelo and paid $7 with tip.
Once seated, I started to take in the talent and was instantly impressed. Lot's of variety and an abundance of 7s and 8s which is rare for a day-shift club in this area. Within the first 10 minutes of being seated I was approached by 2 AA girls, 2 white girls and 2 Cubans. The 5 gave the basic "hey baby want a dance" generic line so I passed as I wasn't ready to do much but the 2nd Cuban girl that approached me had a great smile and gave a great Cubana handshake when she approached. She had an incredible body and after a little back-and-forth we decided to do a 15 minute session for $120.
