Tuesday Evening

Arrived at 7:45pm on a Tuesday. My first time here in the evening as I had only gone to Vivide during the afternoons on prior visits. I pulled in and stopped at the parking attendant and was told to pay $20 to park. It’s also now $10 to park in the paved lot during the day, not sure what time it turns into $20. So I paid the attendant and got a light pat down and paid the $10 Cover.

It was about 3/4 full on the bottom level, top level was closed. Maybe 20+ dancers when I left around 830 with more coming in. Layout has been described a ton but it’s a bunch of U shaped booths like a nightclub. When you get to the bottom of the stairs I feel like the best places to sit are along the left side of the wall by the dressing room. As night shift started to hit the floor the dancer demographic was pretty much 50% black, 50% latina. I talked to one white dancer from Texas. Saw one dancer on the pole in the center of the room and the rest were circulating.

Dances are $10 and used to be high mileage before a month ago when the club cracked down. I got multiple dances from two Latinas who basically just gave air dances and sat in my lap but allowed touching so it’s not a total disaster. Still, anyone who was here before will really miss the straddling and grinding that you used to get.
