Deja Vu is right in North Loop Minneapolis and they usually charge cover but you can probably find a free entry pass being handed out around North Loop. There are usually quite a few dancers and many of them are quite attractive but Deja Vu is expensive and there's no touching allowed.
Even getting a private VIP dance on a bed is strictly no touching. So honestly, not really worth the price of admission or the dances which are $35+
