This was my first time being here in many years and I'd only been once or twice before.

As others say, the building itself looks like the inside of a VFW or Knights of Columbus or similar type of social club/org. It's divey, but not grimy and the bathroom was clean, so points for that. It was dark when I came in the door, but my eyes were able to adjust fairly quickly. I found Lisa the bartender to be pretty friendly, even though others have described her as crusty etc. I had a Coors Light, it was either $5 or $6.

There's a big bar in the middle. No stage so to speak, the girls walk along the top of the bar and engage with the customers, chat, show you their wares, and you tip them.
