Better dancers than club, cheap one-note dances

Club Blaze is about twenty minutes mostly south from downtown Atlanta, and twenty minutes mostly east from the airport. The latter is what led me to stop on a Sunday afternoon after flying into town. The door guy gave a thorough pat down with some friendly patter. He also washed his hands in a soap bucket afterwards, saying he wants to make sure one guy's dirty work clothes don't end up on the next guy. No cover or parking fee, but I was told there was a two-drink minimum.

I'm not a big fan of the club physically. The upstairs has a bar that's sort of on the side by itself. There's a stage with some booths nearby, but the booths are a bit deep. If you snag one, they're probably ok for dances, but the way they're set up means there aren't very many places to sit for the size of the room. The upstairs has a cramped separate room with pool tables, and an equally cramped bathroom.

Down some stairs the room has another U-shaped bar with seats around it, a small stage, some high-top tables, and two more pool tables. There are padded benches, but only next to the pool tables and they're no good for just sitting at (and get little use as the pool players stand). The bathroom downstairs is bigger. There are some separate curtained VIP rooms.
