Fun night

Came to Rick's late on a holiday Monday around midnight. I closed out at some nearby bars (and other places were dead) and seeing how I was away on a business trip, I decided to have some fun and check out a Chicago club. Glad I did.

I arrived about 1am and there was only one other group of 3 ladies and 2 guys from South America ahead of me in line. Rick's is next door to two other standard nightclubs. After the bouncer checked out everyone's IDs we went in to a foyer. I paid $20 cover and had to check my ball cap.

The foyer leads into a room with a small stage and seating to your right and left. A bar is off to the right. I could see a couple ladies sitting there, along with the group I saw in line. Seemingly more ladies than guys! Which was cool. The whole room is cast in a pink/purplish lighting scheme.
