At best, the fourth best in RI, but possibly 7th.

Came here on a Monday after Foxy was dead. It is near a home depot, so that is your excuse for being in the area. Park in the back. I'm not one to get too freaked by my surroundings, but the parking lot made me a bit uneasy. Not especially good bike access. This place has a bit of a dusk till dawn vibe downstairs. The stage resembles a boxing ring. Private dances and rooms are upstairs. The bathroom was clean enough.

No cover late afternoon, drinks were $7ish, with a slight up charge for dancer drinks. Ladies set their own prices for lapdances, but $40 should do it. There seems to also be some flexibility on room prices: I was quoted $250 for 15 minutes, which is significantly more than Dolls, Foxy or Desire. I suppose that there may be something built into that price, but I didn't explore that option.

There were perhaps 8 dancers that I saw. Of the 8, none were "must dance", 3 were "would dance" and 5 were "avoid." The dance itself is held in a booth upstairs, which was one of many in a long row. I'll say this, the $40 with this particular dancer got more than $30 does at Foxy, Dolls or Desire--she tried to initiate DFK and hands were even more free to explore than usual. As far as extras, I don't seek them out, but the place certainly gave off that vibe.
