Splurged $1k @ Tootsies for a Threesome

This was my second time visiting Tootsies. Two completely different experiences. It was pretty empty due to it being the end of a holiday weekend (Memorial Day).

The main floor had a decent amount of girls, however the place was generally quiet/empty. The last time I came here, you couldnt find a seat on the main floor (thats how packed it was).

I arrived with my 2 friends. I've read other TUSCL reviews saying that VIP has prettier girls and is more worth it. Genearal cover was $10, VIP cover was $30. We paid for VIP but tbh it was pretty dead up there. A few girls on their phones.
