A Unique Place
Wanted to see for myself if the impression I got from their facebook page was accurate. The last post I saw was from management saying we are now only allowing 15 dancers per night so call or text to sign up. That got my attention because the building is not big, but rather small. So I headed out to see this place for myself, thinking “what could this place be like that the ladies are clamoring to be there in droves, and what are these ladies like?”
Parking lot and exterior screams low class. It basically looks like some garages that have been combined together and expanded to form a club. It was about 8:15pm on Tuesday and once I figured out where the entry was (nothing labeled), I was able to walk right in through an open doorway lined with a metal detector. Upon approaching the open doorway from outside, I was hit with a thick mix of perfumes that made me giggle… “what the hell am I about to walk into” I thought. There is a little bar right at the entry, no one asked me for a cover charge or anything. There were about 10 strippers all sitting at the bar hanging out, laughing and chatting. Again the perfume was almost unbearably thick.
I got a 6 dollar bottle of beer. Said hello to a couple of the ladies lining the bar and went to walk around. There is no DJ, just a jukebox, and I heard the bar tender say she just started. I couldn’t see anyone around that looked like management. Some younger guys were playing pool and hanging out with the girls. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, but it felt very wild wild west, like anything good or bad could pop off at any moment.
