Average Friday at the Harem

Popped by the Harem on a Friday night — the place has been described before but it’s basically right off the highway right next to an underpass. A little hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for but there’s ample parking once you get there. $30 cover at the door, the set up is BYOB but drinks are available for purchase by the bucket or 6 pack.

The inside has one square main stage with seating around it, dancers are nude when performing on stage, there’s the occasional dollar parade as well. Inside were maybe 20-25 other PLs who were hanging out by the stage or conversing with dancers. Would def say some of the dancers who got into the stage dancing were great performers so that was probably the highlight of the evening. There were probably 10-15 dancers in the room at the time, fairly mixed ethnicities but it’s NJ so a heavy amount of Latinas.

Lap dances are $20, I had a lap dance with Angel and with Perla. Would say both generally got into it. The lap dance room has been described in previous reviews but I’d say that was the biggest negative of the experience — it is a relatively bright room with somewhat uncomfortable seats just in the corners of the room, and you’re a little too close to the other patrons for comfort so it wasn’t the most enjoyable experience I had. The songs were at least somewhat long so I felt like I got what I paid for
