Nighttime Wasn't the Right Time for Me

It has been a while since I’ve gone to a strip club at night. But I had the opportunity and I was doing a little recon for another patron. Had nothing to do on a Saturday so why not?

Got there around 6:30pm. It was only $11 to get in. I think that’s happy hour prices. There might’ve been a handful of girls working. But right at 7:00pm the DJ announced the dayshift was over, happy hours over and there was a literal changing of the guard. New DJ, new manager, new door person. Doorman is a little concerning now. The normal dayshift person / waitress is friendly and presentable. This guy was walking around in a black hoodie and looked like a thug. Not really what I’d expect from an employee and not what I’ve seen at clubs before. I know they are advertising their hiring so maybe he was filling in. Not a presentation I’d recommend. Good thing people don’t go there for the doorman.

I think all the dancers who are there when I walked in also left right at 7 o’clock. It wasn’t long before several new faces arrived. Some I’ve only seen on the clubs Instagram.
