Slow Friday afternoon

Was in the area on Friday afternoon so stopped in. Yes, there is a new outer door at the back entrance. Do not thing the inner door, a couple steps up, is new but just looked like some modifications. Now in the pool table room there was nothing different that I could spot right away. Entering the main bar area toward the front of the building the bar looked about the same and they still have that 2ft x 4 ft stage on the left with a pole. On the right, there are still a couple of tables and towards the front is where the jukebox is. The bar take up most of the right hand side of the main area. The main area seemed to be a little brighter than I remembered.

Only about half a dozen guys in the bar and only saw two dancers about 1:00 PM when I got there. Walked through most of the bar and sat close to one of two bid flat screens they have behind the bar. Ordered a mixed drink that was $5.50. Guy that came in a little after me and ordered a beer that was $4.00 (don’t remember the brand). Sat there for quite a bit before one of the dancers came over and asked if I wanted a dance. Was not my type but since options were slim, I thought what the heck. It was a very vanilla dance and right after one dance she asked if I wanted some private dances. I politely declined and she went away.

It was probably another half an hour before another dancer that I had not seen there yet, sat down next to me and introduced herself. “Hi, I’m Peaches what is your name.” This was a bit unusual since most dancers do not introduce themselves anymore they just ask if you want a dance. She was wearing a sweater so I was not sure if she was a dancer until we started to talk. He said she just got there and was a bit cold inside the bar. When she sat down, she had her own Corona so maybe she got it when she walked in. There were now a few more guys drifting in and taking up space at the bar. As soon as a guy sat sown on the other side of Peaches they started talking and he even bought her a shot. So I figured the was a regular and they would be having a good chat the rest of the afternoon. So I was surprised again when she turned to me and apologized for ignoring me and asked if I wanted a dance. I accepted and she took off her sweater and I got a look at her nice behind, which did remind me of a peach! Got a few dances from her and thanked her for the dances. She did not even offer private dances so I thought she was going to chat with the guy on the other side but she picked up her beer and went to the back area.
