There are very few reviews of the hostess bars in Houston so, I thought I would stop by and see what it was like for myself. Parking is out front and was very safe during the day. The bar itself is very small. A bar that seats 6, a few tables and video games. No mixed mixed drinks. Beer and wine only. No cover. I was greates by a chunky 40-50 year old Latino women who asked if I wanted company, I declined. I sat at the bar and order a beer. $6. I was then approached by the only other hostess in the bar. A Korean lady, again older but in better shape with a nice rack. She began to give me a back message. She starts telling me about her life and asking about me about mine. We had a nice conversation. She asked me to buy her a drink and at $16 dollars I declined. She then asked if she could get a coke which was only $4, I said ok. During the conversation I found out the same person owns the bars on either side as well, Blue Cat and Sky Lounge. They have a full liquor bar next store at Sky. I am sure extras are an available but the subject never came up so I don’t know how much. It looked like there was a room to the left with a plywood bed. The hostess that sat with me did say it was very slow and that there was a younger hostess next store at Sky. After one beer I left. I spent a total of $10 and got a beer and a back, neck, head massage. Pretty good value.
