Bad timing didn't give a good impression

I used the coupon I picked up from Bogart's for admission, so unsure what the admission charge could have been. Arrived around 6;40pm.

Bad timing. Watched a couple of dancers and one stopped by to chat. She said she had time to dance one or two songs for me, but she was leaving at 7pm. I wasn't feeling it just yet, so I declined. Just before 7pm the DJ called all dancers to the stage for "The finale". Four dancers got up together on the ~10' square center stage and one got up one another stage in one corner of the room. They did an unenthusiastic dance which ended the day shift.

After that, only one dancer appeared on the center stage for a couple of songs and then a second came up when she finished. I assume there might have been 5 or more dancers by the time the full shift arrived, but it didn't seem worth it to hang around.
