Nice option if this is what you're looking for
I travel to ATL half a dozen times a year but this is the first time I have had a meeting cancel and I that gave me time to spend an afternoon at Vivide. Entered around 2pm after reading a few recent reviews to get the lay of the land. I had heard it was the new Follies and I see where that rep comes from, but I might disagree a bit. I always thought Follies had a more fun, less thug, atmosphere - and I remember it being quite a bit cleaner or classier. Vivide is OK but doesn't have the Follies vibe I appreciated. Prices for the privates is also quoted at more than 50% higher but I was able to negotiate that.
On entering paid a $10 cover and was led into the second floor. That area was nearly dead and vacant. Pushing on there is a stairway to the left and around a corner that leads to the bottom floor where there was plenty of action. A bar on one side, a smallish dance floor next to that and then some booth seating around that. Everything seemed tired, worn out and a bit dirty. Not that I have a problem with that, in fact it is my chosen club environment as long as the pricing reflects the lower overhead. Music was loud but not overly. Oddly, I only found one who admitted to being Cuban.
Dances on the floor, weather at the bar of at the booths is $10 a dance and I experienced half a dozen of the women who performed from tame to nice handy work. Only one got fully nude on the first dance but they were all worth $10. I was propositioned to the VIP rooms at $200 plus $60 by at least half of them. More and more women arrived over the 2 hours I was there.
