Good Sunday at Sapphire

I found myself in Vegas for work. I had a Sunday to kick back after the week, so I went to Tao with some friends until about 1:30am. After getting back to the hotel, I had a second wind and decided to check out Sapphire.

In the past, I've called ahead for the free shuttle and entry but couldn't bring myself to do it this time. I didn't want to wait around for the shuttle nor did I want to climb aboard a white Sapphire short bus in front of other people at the Encore entrance.

When I got there, I instead paid the cover, which was on the order of $47. I rounded up to $50 and went in. Interestingly, no hustle guy approached me to ask if I wanted a table or anything. No girls came up for a stripper handshake, either. Overall, it looked like a decent night for a Sunday at around 2am. I saw about 7 girls on the floor, 1 on stage, and assumed there must be about 5 more in the back. There were maybe 20 guys, individuals in club chairs spaced out from the stage, and a couple small groups. Some hot looking women giving dances on the club chairs. I had my eye on a petite blonde but wound up never talking to her until I was already out the door.
