Place was chill and not too busy. Good women to men ratio. A lot of beautiful women mostly Hispanic descent (Cuban, Mexican, Dominican). The one thing I would say is Tootsies is very priced for dances ($15-$20) and then private room fair priced. Depending on the girl anything could happen in the private room. The girls were upfront, which was nice.
Some girls there are just straight hustlers. Might tell you one thing and when you get upstairs they ask for more or the price changes. Oddly, the night I was there a male pornstar had a section so a lot of the girls were by him.
