2-Floor Lido Lounge Feels Like A Real Private Club
I was excited to get an invitation to the Grand Opening of a new location for Le Rouge Lounge. The Grand Opening week was Tuesday to Thursday, and I decided to go Thursday which was traditionally the best night. I was coming from the East Side of Manhattan and came by Uber to the location which was close to 12th Avenue. I did not mind the extra 5 minutes on the Uber ride as I remembered that one of the best Lido locations was Space Ibiza NY nightclub which was on 12th Avenue. Apparently, New York City is cracking down on the clubs that are located near the residential zoning areas and the strip clubs need to be in the outlying commercial zones.
When I arrived, I was greeted by their concierge, and I entered the Club which was a mainstream gentlemen's club. I paid $5 for the coat check and showed my Le Rouge VIP invitation on my Smartphone. The door guy told me to take the elevator to the third floor. When I arrived, I met a petite Asian woman named Julie who was the Lido hostess. I had arrived just before 10 PM so the Early Bird admission was just $10. She gave me a red Lido Lounge wristband. I was then greeted by Joe Lido and went to the bar for a drink. The bartender Malory was very friendly. The private bar was fully stocked with premium drinks. Mixed drinks with tax were about $20. I had cute Lido girls sitting on both sides of me and offered both drinks.
After a few drinks, Joe Lido offered to give me a tour of space. I went on the tour with Lido dancer Zara who is this Indian Princess with a captivating smile. Joe first showed me the outdoor balcony on the 3rd floor which had seating and river views. We then took the elevator up to the 5th floor to see the full floor VIP Suite. Joe was not trying to upsell this expensive suite; he just wanted me to know it was an option for a special celebration. We then went to the 4th floor where there were small to medium sized suites for 30-minute and 60-minute private rooms. All the private rooms were well appointed with doors, sofas, TVs and piped in music. We then went to the floor with the lap dance room and the four semi-private 15-minute booths. The lap dance room also had decorative Japanese dividers.
