New Kid on the Block

Knockouts is literally the new kid on the block, sandwiched between Scores and Gold Room Chicago. This is the day before the Super Bowl, which may explain the small turnout of patrons. Maybe 15 men and 13 dancers. Their name refers to the prize ring, not the quality of the dancers! Dancers work on a small stage, about 10 ft X 10 ft, with a pole growing out of it. While their ad says topless dancing, I did not see anything of the sort, between the 2 rather uninspired dancers that I observed. Also, about a 15 minute break between dancers. Dancer quality ranged from a 4 to a 7, with 1 or 2 that are candidates for Wonder Warthog’s Bacon Brigade. Semi-private lap dances in a dark back room, “L” shaped with one long couch lining the walls. Dances were $15 each and I was told that there is CCTV monitoring (recording?) the proceedings, ie., hands off the pussy, but kiss a tit is OK. There were 13 dancers, I think; 2 or 3 black, the rest Latina or White. The dancers seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other & playing with their phones. Drink price: a Bacardi & Coke was $7, with a healthy pour! Music: too loud & Black oriented. Fits with some of the clientel who were a bit scurvey in dress and interaction. A couple of very strange dudes! Would I go back? Give it a month or 2 and will try it again. Meanwhile, will spend time at Carls, less than a mile away, even if the dances are $20, there.
