Hello Tuscl. I tired to post this yesterday, but I guess it didn't take.
The Ebony Inn was closed both yesterday (all day) and part of today (I drove past at 4pm) today. When I initially walked to the entrance from the church parking lot,I was told that they were closed and a few people there asked "all day"? No answer was given to that question. I talked with one of the dancers in the Ebony Inn parking lot to try to get some info about the closing. She had been waiting since 3pm. She said she would call Margaret to get an update on what's happening and why the door was still locked after 4pm. I drove back to the church parking lot across from the Inn to wait it out. Another dancer came , saw the door locked waited a while and then left by Uber. A guy went to the door, saw that it was locked and left. He returned to the door still being locked ( I waited about 45 mins to see if it would open). When a guy started placing orange cones in front of all of the entry drive ways to the Inn , I decided to leave. Drove past today, and the cones were still in front of the driveways, but there was a guy out front watching the place it seems. I have no idea why they closed. I just hope that it's not permanent. Not ashamed to write, "I need the Ebony Inn". Anyone else go yesterday or today? Please update. Thanks.
