Take a pass on this club

I've been to this club in the past under it's various other names and it hasn't changed. It's about 20 minutes outside Ottawa in a rural setting. The club is in a basement of what looks like an older house that has other businesses & motel above and beside it.

When you enter, you go down a few steps turn and go through another door and down a few more steps to the club. There is a coat check type room there but I've never seen it used and no one is in there tonight either. The club has an 80's disco theme to it with a lower ceiling and a lot of glass on all the walls. It's not a very big club with the bar straight ahead when entering. It has some booths, tables & chairs, and bar seating. Stage is to the right and I have never seen it in use on any of my visits. Private dance area is at the back of the club behind the bar & washrooms. A few slot machines lined a far wall. There was no waitress working, only a bartender. No cover charge. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence but only one other customer besides me in the bar at 10:30 PM. Beer was $8 Canadian.

One AA girl was sitting at the bar in stripper wear when I arrived and she was only interested in her phone. Almost seemed like she clocked out and was waiting to leave. She did not make any moves off her chair or even nod in my direction, very weird if she was working. The other customer was an old guy playing the slot machines. Bartender spent his time in a backroom just coming out every 15 mins. I didn't see any dancers coming from the private room during the 45 mins I nursed my beer waiting to see if any other girls were working. So all in all a waste of time to visit this place.
