Good Experience with new (to me) Dancers

Noticed that I had not reviewed this club in a year even though I come back about monthly. A few months ago, the name changed from Scores to Rocket City Girls but nothing is any different including layout, décor, menu and a good portion of the staff. Cover charge is still $11 at night ($5 daytime) and no longer can get in both here and Uncle Buck’s next door with a single cover charge.

I arrived around 9:00pm on Friday night as one of my favorites had texted me earlier in the week telling me she was back at this club and would be working the weekend. We had texted back and forth on Tuesday and again Friday evening and she said she would come in earlier than normal to see me at 9:00. Spoiler alert – when I texted back about 10:30, she apologized saying something had come up and she was sorry. I also texted another favorite and she confirmed she was still dancing there, but not tonight.

Great selection of bottled beers for $7 and draft beers for $8-16 oz or $10-23 oz. Layout has not changed. There’s a long bar on the right with seating for about 20 on three sides, large stage and small stage in the center of the room is surrounded by mostly low-top two seat tables with a few high tops sprinkled in. Beyond those are "reserved" tables which are about 8 booths with seating for 8-10. Several different areas for private dances are to the left of entry. Comfortable booths for basic $25 lap dances which offer very limited privacy. There's nobody across from you, but the booths are side by side with dividers and others walk directly past you when coming or going. The angle of the back of these benches is better than most clubs. The timed dance areas are a little more private in that the dividers go to the ceiling and they're a little deeper than the basic booths. Beyond that is an area for higher priced dances with a couple of couches and a curtain you cannot see through. Beyond the basic $25 dances which can offer some decent amount of 2-way touching, the timed dances begin at $100 for 15 minutes and go up from there. No expectation of significant tips. I've never bit the bullet for the most private room as prices seemed to start at over $250 with no promise that the mileage would improve significantly in terms of extras. My experience here is that the mileage depends more upon the dancer than the level of booth you choose. There are cameras in all of the dance areas which are mostly monitored but some girls are very good about understanding viewing angles.
