Know the particulars before you go, or just a lot of dough

Landing Strip is an upscale looking gentleman’s club near the Airport. Lots of regalia reminiscent of this, even to the fact that the stage does kind of look like a landing strip.

The first thing I will have to mention, but when you call in, the girls answering the phone will not always present you with pertinent or correct information. But it’s not their fault their job is not to be entirely knowledgeable about the club, their job is more about being welcoming. Case in point I called several hours before flying in. The girl was very friendly, but a bit ambiguous about the details of the club. She told me that Landing Strip was free cover before 7 pm and tbh she did mention she wasn’t too sure about valet but thought since people like myself were flying in, it would be optional.

However when I was dropped off at a quarter to 7, first I was stopped by the valet, I mentioned my situation. They mentioned it was mandatory even if I didn’t have a car with me (which is strange because then what am I paying them for)?. So yes I paid the 7$ and gave them a key like my house key or something lol just so they could hold on to the trinket for a while. This wasn’t that big of a deal just a surprise really as someone who goes to clubs in other states where valet is optional.
