Sunday Night Visit

Last time I was in Denver I opted to stay close to my hotel and go to Diamond Cabaret, this visit I was determined to make it out to Players. The uber from my downtown hotel was about $15 and I arrived just before 10pm. After walking in, the bouncer gave me a quick pat down and collected my $10 cover. As others have mentioned, this is a pretty small place, bar to the right, two stages toward the back and another stage to the left. For a Sunday night, it was packed. Probably 30+ girls on the floor and maybe about the same number of patrons. As you probably know, Players is a Latina club and all of the dancers are some type of Latina, mostly Cuban and not much English. The patrons were a pretty even split, 50% Latino dudes and 50% gringos.

With so many girls, you are almost guaranteed a wide variety of attractiveness and body type. I saw (and danced with) one 9.5 stunner and saw and handful of overweight 4's and 5's. But the vast majority sat nicely in the meaty part of the bell curve and were 6-8's. Two of the three stages were in use while I was there. There was usually one girl on one stage, and two girls on the other. The girls did two song sets and I didn't see any remove their tops. Some would give brief flashes to tippers, but that was it.

As with any of these Latina clubs the hustle factor is high and you're not going to be able to chill by yourself at the bar. Corona's for me were $10 each and I bought one girl a tequila shot which was $12. While the hustle factor is high, I would say in general the girls are slightly less aggressive than Chica's in Vegas. I wound up getting dances with 4 different girls. Dances are $40 each or 3 for $100. Private dances take place in a little room at the back of the club. There are five seats with dividers between them. The first two seats are clearly visible from the club and someone sitting at the rail of the stage could probably high five you while you are getting a dance. There is an obvious camera pointed at the fifth and farthest seat. I would rate the dances as okay, I was certainly hoping for higher mileage. The girls were good with touching the T&A and nursing but that's about the extent of what you can expect. I didn't get and OTP or anything close to extras. Maybe during the day more can be had, but anytime I was in the back at least 2 or 3 other seats were taken and I actually had to wait in line one trip. For what it's worth, there is a clear break between songs that allowed me to easily keep track.
