HK knocks it out of the park once again. Fantastic experience!

This was my first post-Covid trip and it was awesome! I had come close to visiting multiple times in 2022-2023 but work schedules just didn’t permit me getting over the border for a few hours. But 8th time’s the charm and I made it!

I parked at ‘Border Crossing Parking’ the first parking lot off the freeway when you take a right on Camino De La Plaza. I find this parking lot to be the most convenient. You will end up paying 15-18 bucks for a 10 hour stay anywhere around Ped-East and the closer you get to the entrance, the more difficult it is to find parking.

The border crossing was crowded but an easy walk - seemed a little shorter than previously. On the other side it was difficult to find a taxi, so I walked towards the bus station and as expected found one green cabbie hiding in the alley. He asked for $10 and away we were to Hong Kong club. I had him drop me off at Chicago Club as I wanted to check the talent there before I headed to HK. Chicago was empty - less than 10 customers in the club and about 10 dancers from what I could see. No one was dancing on the stages and the talent was in the 5-7 range. I had a beer, short conversation with a dancer and walked over to HK.
