Went to Rick’s on the Saturday before New Year’s Eve from 7 and 10p. The cover charge was $20 which may have been because it was New Year’s weekend. The last time I went here about a year prior it was only $10. Parking is easy and close by if you are willing to use one of the nearby parking garages but it cost me $8 for the three hours I was at the club.

For those who went here when it was Blush, not much has changed with the layout. There are still three levels with a stage and bar on the first floor, a sports bar on the third floor and a second floor that looks down on the first floor stage. The tables on the first floor between the stage and the bar are reserved so you can either sit at the stage or at the bar. I didn’t try to sit at the tables so I’m not sure if they were really reserved but, if they were, it doesn’t leave a lot of room to move around the first floor. With that said, usually the second floor gives you the best opportunity to interact with the dancers simply because there are fewer people. As for the sports bar on the third floor, I haven’t seen dancers on this floor since the place became Rick’s a few years ago. Beyond the layout, the atmosphere here is pretty good. I didn’t really have any concerns about safety and the staff was friendly.
