Slow Thursday Night
Was in town for business staying near the convention center. Doorman at my hotel recommended this place. Visited around 8 pm but the place was still relatively slow, opens around 6. Paid the cover charge (10?), and took a seat at the bar towards the right. The main stage is in the center with bars and seating along both walls, right and left of the main stage. Seating was available around the main stage and toward the back. The lap dance area appeared to be in booths toward the front and back, but didn't partake.
The talent was mixed. Maybe a dozen dancers with more arriving, good diversity and mostly 6s and 7s. Took my drink ($9 for a beer) to a table in the back and started a conversation with a blonde spinner. She seemed eager to talk but said that she was waiting for a regular, who arrived soon enough, and monopolized her time. Most of the stage dances were just 2 or 3 song sets with mix of nudity.
Finally started a conversation with a busty brunette. She was new to the club but not the area or the industry. Informed me of the pricing ($40 per dance), and was equally disappointed that the club required that rate. Didn't inquire about VIPs. Apparently, other clubs in the Denver area have the same pricing. We talked for awhile and almost pulled the trigger on a dance, but at $40 a pop just didn't seem right and needed to get up early the next day for work.
