Been a PL since 1985. My clubs were in San Francisco with an occasional visit to clubs on vacation. From the very beginning I desired a steady relationship with my favorite dancers. While circumstances and curiosity meant there were always many others who I met and only spent time with once, I preferred the benefits of repeat business. Obviously it worked for them as well to have friendly steady customer. I'd have a primary regular for years, and she might leave and I'd find another. That continued until COVID. Clubs closed in 2020 and when they slowly reopened most of the dancers I had tipped and played with for years did not return. That led me to Rancho Cordova, 100 miles away from me, east of Sacramento, that had three clubs open before that happened in San Francisco. First was Pure Gold Showgirls, an odd small club, that was open under the radar because it also had a retail sex shop. I found a pretty blond regular there, but for months we wore masks. They didn't have many dancers there but had strange rules like no water bottles allowed.

Eventually I tried Gold Club Centerfolds in September 2021. It's more like the SF clubs I frequented (Mitchell Bros. & Crazy Horse) with a large stage, lots of dancers and no alcohol.Been there almost once a month since my first visit. Unlike the SF Clubs it also has big flat screens showing sports. They still have a day shift. You can find other club details in other reviews. But am having troubles finding a regular there. Have been with 28 different Gold Club dancers and had multiple visits with a few, but still do not have a regular. The SF clubs posted on their websites the dancers who would perform that day. That made it possible to plan or be spontaneous to visit when my favorites would be there. The Rancho clubs do not post dancers on their websites.

Figured I'd visit Gold Club two days in a row between Christmas & New Years to increase my odds of being with someone with whom I'd established a relationship. WRONG. Did not see one dancer who'd been with me before. Went private ($100/3) with five lovely dancers (Allie, Angel, Maddison, Thai Lee and name unknown) and thoroughly enjoyed myself, but would really prefer to invest in a regular. Believe that many TUSCL members have cultivated such frequent relationship. It can seem like a fantasy, i.e, no drama, no arguments, happy to see you again, having dinner outside the club and priority lap dancing. And these sweet relationships are almost never depicted in scripted shows/films, books about PLs and strip clubs. Maybe I've been unlucky with timing, but I will not know until I enter and see who the dancers are on the white board. As a retiree I can be somewhat flexible about scheduling if I could only find a regular.
