Things everywhere in Baltimore have slowed down. McDoogals is open Wednesday to Saturday. Wednesday and Thursday are pretty slow. $8 cover but the crowd and girls can be hit or miss. This place really hits its rhythm on Friday and Saturday. $16 cover and it...
