Still a good option, but not as good as it was

Things in Baltimore have slowed down in the last 6-9 months. All the clubs are slower. Girls are moving around and trying different clubs as it’s harder and harder for them to make cash.

PHC has always been the cream of the crop. Always has had the hottest girls and always had good crowds. I’ve only been doing days, so maybe nights are still hopping but days have fallen off. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it’s definitely made it more hit and miss.

Parking is free until 6p, $10 after. No cover until 7p and you might get hit for $20 depending on the night of the week.
