Nicely maintained, renovated, lowish mileage - but bad management

Visited on the weekend many times, mostly before 6 PM, but every time I had seen either 1 or max. 2 girls - never more. This time was no different, with just one girl: Dora. This place has gotten a lot of transformation from the last time I had visited, with newer VIP dance area with 3 couches at the back and also a VIP room in the front, with costs of 60$ / 30 mts to management.

The manager was kind enough to not charge me for the drink minimums. He also said the songs were 25$ each, with 3 / 30 $ specials on the top of the hour - It looked interesting, and I stayed.

The dancer Dora was a cute latino (zero english), and we conversed through translation app and google. But, the pricing she quoted was 3 dances / 40 $, which was confusing with translations vs what the manager guy said, and I eventually was about to leave, when the manager announced the special, and the girl was confused that it was 3 for 30$ and not 40$. The dances went okay and it was topless, with minor grinding, but good roaming. No downstairs access though. But eventually after I had paid, she immediately paid the manager guy 10$ - This was a shock to me!
