Pregame action at Shotgun WIllie's
This past week was my first time in Denver for business, so as usual, I did extensive TUSCL research in advance. I was keying in on Ladies En Confidante as my primary destination, given the reputation for low-contact, no-extra dances in the area, but one fellow member made a comment about pregame at Shotgun Willie's and heading to LEC for final satisfaction.
After giving the older guy at the cigar counter my $10 cover and a very extensive ID verification process (he scanned my ID, and when I read the fine print on the scanner, it said that they would keep my information for 90 days, and if there were no problems in the club during that period, they would delete the record of my visit. Big brother much??) I walked into the club. There were several stages inside with 5-6 movable, padded seats around each one. Very few patrons on a Monday evening, and not a huge number of women. The ladies were on the more attractive side - it does seem that lower-mileage clubs often have higher-hotness dancers. I parked at the bar and ordered a bourbon, and the bartender (a guy) helpfully offered a kind on a $5 special that night.
To my right was Leah, a 20-something shorter brunette with shoulder length hair, wearing a very short skirt and lace see-through top. She had a tight body and a really nice personality. We talked for a long time. She asked after maybe 30 minutes if I was interested in buying her a drink, so I agreed. I don't remember what it was, it was something more expensive than the discounted bourbon, but wasn't overpriced like dancer drinks are in some clubs. For someone with two kids (including a very young one) she was holding up well.
