Don't Shop Around But Do Tip Your Provider
I popped into Blaze around 2 pm. I wanted to see the difference between Saturday and a weekday as far as dancer count, attention to detail and possible ROB behavior. The club advertises itself as trucker friendly and with its huge parking lot, it is. Its in a dangerous part of town but not in one of the residential areas. Got a pat down from the best door guy at any high mileage club in the ATL. He breaks down dance prices and rules, he's firm and friendly, well respected by everyone, a real pro.
Layout is the same, bar right by the entrance, deserted poll to the right of the bar, tables to the right of the poll, booths behind you if you're facing the bar. More booths and pool tables across the floor and a bathroom to the left. It was actually clean this time. Always actual soap in the dispenser. Downstairs there is a goofy shop, a room with more tables, VIP with the leather couch and curtain, and a bar on the left. There are more pool tables and stools next to the bar. I got several cokes at 5.00 bucks a piece (4 for the Coke and 1 buck tip) and a water bottle I wasn't charged for.
The vibe is really raunchy. No poll dancing but several of the girls just walk around topless. Watch these girls hygiene. The dancers even say some of their co-workers are sorry in that regard and the place isn't even that clickish for a strip club. All trap music today, from the 2000's to now. The DJ does a great job balancing song length to me, it's fair to everyone. But there aren't enough baddies to "sample" dances, which hurts the quality of the environment. Its not that smoky in there.
