Might Be The Worst Rhino In So Cal

Usually go to the Rhino in Torrance but decided to make the long trip from Long Beach to check this place out since I haven’t been in a few years. The Rhino in Torrance has dropped in quality so came here about an hour before the shift change last Friday and paid the door guy 10 bucks to get in after he frisked me for a good 10 seconds. Was a little surprised at how empty the place was when I walked in - maybe 2-3 guys were there in total. The bartender was on hand so I asked for a coke and tipped her. She was extremely friendly.

The few girls they had on hand were actually decent looking - most were mainly on their phones but they all approached me. Many of them offered extra services for quite large sums of money (won’t name names or go into tremendous detail) but they weren’t pushy or persistent when I declined. They just went back to their respective chairs. I was taken aback at how dull and depressing the atmosphere was here, just like many of the previous reviews had mentioned - which is unlike many of the other Rhino’s I go to. I’m not expecting Vegas in Van Nuys but a little spirit and festivity would be nice. This place is just, boring and soul sucking.

A decent looking, thick set Latina girl with a curvaceous figure had suggested a normal dance for $200 plus bucks (extra services were 150 up if I wanted to partake) but I just didn’t feel compelled to get any dances given the atmosphere. I did tip one of the hotter girls on stage but left quickly after that. This place really needs a shot in the arm - desperately. Doesn’t really feel like a strip club as other reviewers had mentioned, more like an empty banquet hall with naked women walking around. Until next year I guess.
