Not Stimulating

SETTING:

There is a large red sign on Rt. 83 so you can't miss it. The parking lot is ample. There was no ID check or pat-down by the bouncer, and when I arrived at 9:35 pm, no entry fee was charged. I was expected to get a $5 drink. A sign says "lunch and dinner" but I didn't see anyone eating.

The interior is a pretty spacious rectangle. The walls are red, featuring pictures of mobster/ Mafia characters (Gambino, Stallone, Marilyn Monroe, Capone), and the side walls have mirrors. Ceiling is black. The center is taken up by the dancing stage, surrounded by the bartender lane and by the rectangular granite bar counter where everyone sits. Stage has 2 poles and one suspended hoop. At the periphery of the room and elevated above the rest of the floor, are 7 comfortable black sectionals with tables—most people didn’t sit there. The far wall has multiple monitors displaying a computer screen saver image.

There is NO ATM. The DJ desk is back in the right corner. The rest room is at the back and is nice with 3 urinals, 2 toilets with doors to stalls, sinks. There is no troll.

Lighting level was moderate, with rotating lights of different colors at the ceiling. Music was urban contemporary and was ok volume when I got there, but got cranked up uncomfortably loud later.
