New Pricing, Quiet night.

It's been a while. After a lengthy hiatus, I came to Sins just in time for the new pricing. Cover is now $13 at night. Drinks are still $6 and dances are now $30 for the regular lapdance area and $50 for "VIP" behind the bead curtains. On one hand, it kinda sucks, but I'm kind of surprised the prices stayed where they were for as long as they did.

For those unfamiliar with Sinsations in Jacksonville, you pay the cover in a small foyer and then go through a door and turn right and you're in the main area. It's long and fairly narrow, with a pool table on one end, a bar near the middle, the main stage and then a small stage on the opposite end from the pool table. On a weeknight, there's usually plenty of seating, but the place gets a bit packed on Friday and Saturday.

I recognized a number of the dancers working, a sign that I've come here too damn often. But what can I say, the vibe here is more relaxed than Wacko's down the street, and the girls are generally nicer in both attitude and appearance than Emporers. (As always, YMMV.)
