Pleasantly Surprised

It had been probably 2 years (if not more) since my last visit. I remember my last visit to be a bit of a disappointment, but was in the area so I figured I would stop by.

The location of the club is terrible. Homeless encampments all over the place, especially on the streets adjacent to the club. For the love of god don’t park anywhere other then their lot (it’s free and it’s surrounded by a tall gate that looks like they borrowed it from a penitentiary). You feel safe inside, or at least I did.

Cover was $30, which is pretty much standard as that includes a drink. The doorman was super friendly and gave me a free pass for my next visit since he noticed it had been a while since my last visit (they scan your ID, which makes me uncomfortable, and I guess they track your visits).
