struck out at the gold club

visited Gold Club for the first time in a few years as i found myself in CC w/ a parking spot and no where to be. I arrived around 6pm, no cover, but no happy hour specials either. (At least i was charged $8 for a bottle of miller.)

not much has changed here since the prior remodel 5 or so years ago, where they moved the vip rooms to the back instead of by the front door. same 6-7 person bar and a scattering of chairs to watch the show on the stage not much larger than a sheet of plywood. Too bad when i arrived there was no show or dancers, but the bartender was pretty and quickly had me served up. 3 other patrons were scattered around the room.

Soon two dancers came out to solicit tips and try to sell dances. Both were overweight for the job but seemed friendly. I passed. This was not going to be the day i figure out if they still have extras in the vip. When the larger girl took the stage for a song I took that as a cue to head out.
