Entertained by the Featured Entertainer

I hadn’t been to Expose in quite a while, but after seeing some of the reviews on here and how it has changed, I decided to come in late on a Saturday night. The club is definitely nicer than it had been in the past but there are still a few underlying issues. The first is that they don’t offer free bottled water with entry. They will let you do a glass with ice and water for free but paying for bottled water after a $25 entry seemed lame.

The appearance of the club and feel for the place are a bit odd. The 2-seater couch seems like it could be a good idea, but there isn’t enough room for them. It crowds the floor and makes it very hard to find a seat. The other off-putting issue is how hot the club is. It is extremely hot inside, and you feel it quick as the body count rises in the room. There is an outside area for smoking that felt much better but was very smokey, so that wasn’t great either.

I ended up getting very lucky and found a spot on the tip rail that was close to an ac vent. If you are looking at the stage, the seats on the right side of the rail have a vent nearby that will make it a much better experience. I was glad I went to the tip rail as they had a special performance still to come.
