Party night in San Juan

I visited the area after partying in la Plácita. My hotel was also a few blocks away, there are a lot of hotels in that general condado area, so it was convenient for me. They have some parking out front and a bank “Banco Popular” around the corner. I made sure to get my cash before heading over to avoid any high ATM fees. The area felt quiet but relatively safe. I arrived after midnight.

At the entrance they have a few guards standing around outside, who check your ID, pat you down, and collect a $20 cover fee. At the bar I got myself $15 rum and coke with tip, and requested some singles.

The Club interior is organized around a square central stage. The stage had one pole and a hoop that the girls use to perform. There is stool seating around the stage, as well as couches with tables around the sides, for vip service and hookah. The main bar is opposite of the stage. Most patrons were either standing at the bar or seating at the couches smoking hookah that night. Behind the bar was a good sized room with benches all around for private dances. There were no curtains or walls for privacy, but I did not see too many patrons there when I was inside, I usually had the room to myself with the girl of my choice. The DJ was located behind the stage, played various Latin Regueton music, and every now and then mentioned that private rooms were available upstairs.
