Tuesday afternoon at La Pearl

I went to La Pearl and OSC after several months of absence. I chose to go on a Tuesday afternoon and early evening because one of our members said that was the best day of the week after Sundays. I arrived about 4:15, paid my $10 cover charge, walked in and was greeted by three dancers. I am not sure any other dudes were there so I was immediately popular. "Versache" (a full figured woman with a pink strawberry wig) said she had been on duty for an hour and I was the first to arrive. I had several $5 dances with her because I was unwilling to pay $10 per song if I was the only guy spending money. After about a half hour of polite conversation that included a good bit of flashing top and bottom, we did some dances. She kept talking about going private for $20 to the club and $40 to her, but I was not interested if she would be standing alone in front of me. (I can see fully naked women elsewhere without the extra fee, and I know how to satisfy myself -- which was the only contact offered.) after awhile I let her go and had dances with two other full-figured women, but one was "mechanical" and I don't know how she makes any money when there are other dancers present, and a second who was okay but not inspiring, by 5 :15 several other dancers had arrived and I had very pleasant interactions with a young woman named "Yummy". She allow almost full access to her body. She "enjoyed my hands". We took a break so that she could walk across the street and buy dinner, and when she came back I bought her an alcoholic beverage to go with her chicken and rice. Let's just say she was very appreciative. On this day most of the dancer-customer interaction was upstairs, Several of the girls tried to use the state upstairs but they could not draw a crowd. All the dancers were saying business was slow because "It is the end of the month." That should be a word to the wise -- don't count on a crowd if it is the last of the month. On the other hand, you will stand out if you are distributing even a modest amount of cash;

I will go back -- but not real soon. The "action" at the Pearl and OSC is just not as enthusiastic as it was pre-Covid.

Oh by the way -- Versache says there are clubs that are open but not widely known: a place called Firehouse Nightclub in Chester PA and another place in Marcus Hook near the refinery. I did not understand the addresses to either of them.

And on the way north I stopped to see if the old Hak's -- now called Cheeks -- was open in Wilmington. Versache was very pleased to hear they are taking over from Haks. Apparrently they are good to their dancers. But at 2 o'clock they were not open.
